MBS Food

Rise

Rise occupies a prime spot inside the Marina Bay Sands. It’s located right in the lobby of the famous Singapore hotel. This restaurant specializes in international cuisines and in themed buffet dinners. Every night of the week, Rise features a different dinner theme. On some nights it will be European classics on another it could be a barbecue-inspired feast. So be sure to call first or call them to know the theme for a particular evening. And if you’re someone who is concerned about sustainability, then you will be happy with the practices of this restaurant. They make sure that all of the ingredients they’re using are produced using ethical methods. You can even visit its in-house herb garden to view the plants they use in their dishes.

Spago

Yes, this is the same Spago that is now a central part of the food scene in LA. So now you don’t need to book a ticket to the states just to eat at Wolfgang Puck’s famous restaurant. Spago's menu is a fusion of Asian, European, and American cuisine. There are tweaks and twists here and there but the results are wonderful. The Spago in MBS actually consists of two separate restaurants. There’s a pool-side area for casual eating and then they have elegant dining rooms for more formal affairs. Must-order items in the menu include the big eye tuna tartare and the red snapper laksa.

Lavo

If Italian food that you’re craving for then Marina Bay Sands has something for you as well with Lavo. This is a swanky restaurant that brings the New York vibe to the heart of Singapore. The restaurant serves award-winning Italian-American dishes such as chicken parmigiana, linguini with clam sauce, and their signature one-pound meatball that is rich with spices and has a generous serving of ricotta cheese on top. Lavo is also known for providing world-class entertainment so it’s a great place to unwind after a long day at work. They also have indoor and outdoor lounges that are surrounded by greenery.

Ce La Vi

If you want to know where Singapore’s party crowd goes at night then you can follow them to the 56th floor of the Marina Bay Sands. They are most likely dancing the night away at a rooftop bar and restaurant called Ce La Vi. This restaurant offers what is probably the best view of Singapore. The food at Ce La Vi is worthy of celebration as well. Created by Chef Joey Sergentakis, Ce La Vi offers dishes that offer a modern take on Asian cooking.
