RECKLESS DRIVER? CCTV footage from a petrol station in KwaZulu-Natal shows the moment an out-of-control taxi smashed into a stationary car. It appears the brakes of the minibus failed as it heads towards the petrol station, the taxi driver is then seen climbing out of the window of the wrecked vehicle.
