The film is about a world that people build flying cities and a catastrophe occurs that makes people start staying on the ground. Sheeta is abducted by the government agent and they are attacked by pirates and she tries to escape. Sheeta falls but is saved by magic and then he is found by a boy called Pazu. The two learn the girl was linked to flying cities and then they discover the flying castle before anyone does.
