Start Using Fluoride Toothpaste

Avoid Unhealthy Food

Try Gum Massage

Gum massage is an active process to keep your gums stronger. To strengthen your teeth, it is necessary to keep your gums healthy. You can massage gums by a soft-bristled toothbrush, but be careful, do not over massage your gums.
