Socialite and provocateur Zodwa Wabantu is interested in being an actor and would love to be on Generations: The Legacy, she revealed in a recent interview with DJ Fresh and Somizi Mhlongo on the Fresh Breakfast.

When asked if she had appeared on Generations, Zodwa said no, but said she was very much interested in joining the cast. But a source who works at SABC1 has revealed that Zodwa has contacted the soapie’s producers for auditions.

“I hope I’m getting there,” she said.
Though she had been criticised for her revealing clothes and dancing, Zodwa Wabantu said she coped well with the negativity. She said following comments from people that she had chicken thighs, she was now body-conscious and would start going to gym.

“I’m an outcast, I don’t want to be inside – I’m not a celebrity. I’m still living the exact life that I wanted. Now I’m body-conscious, just that I travel a lot, but I’m gonna start going to the gym. I’m gonna be a bomb,” she said.
