IT IS shuffle time at radio stations across the country!

Some presenters’ contracts have been renewed, while those who can afford to throw their toys out of their cots have done just that!

Former Metro FM presenter Bonang Matheba has been replaced by Dineo Ranaka.

Sources claim Bonang was not keen on hosting The Front Row with Lerato Kganyago.

Rumour has it the two radio presenters do not get along.

Glen Lewis co-hosted First Avenue with Unathi Msengana, who left the station on Friday.

Club DJ and radio legend Thato Sikwane, better known as DJ Fresh, will fill Glen’s shoes.

DJ Fresh was with 5FM for more than a decade before his recent move.

His slot will only be filled on 1 May.

Mo Flava, who hosted The Drive with Lerato, will co-host his show with Masechaba Ndlovu from Power FM.

Motsweding FM’s Tazman Nkoane has also decided to look for greener pastures.

He told Daily Sun he was not fired, but resigned because he was tired of being undermined.

“When you have been working at a place for a long time, people stop valuing you.

“I asked my boss to consider moving me from a weekend show to a drive time slot, but he said no.

“So I accepted an offer from North West FM.”

TV and radio personality Anele Mdoda started her breakfast show on Monday, while her fellow presenter Darren “Whackhead” Simpson was moved to the afternoon slot.
