The woman was involved in a smash-and-grab incident, and a bystander managed to capture her response
Please note, this report contains offensive viewpoints and language.
The woman was filmed saying, "One k***** is bad enough. This happens all the time, all the time. The k*****s here in Johannnesburg are terrible, I'm so sick of it."
Her venom was redirected to police officers who had arrived to help.
One of the policemen attempted to defuse the situation but his intervention proved to be fruitless.
She refused to back down, spewing further insults including saying, "I can tell you now, the calibre of blacks in this town vary from the calibre of blacks in Durban. They're opinionated, they're arrogant and they're just plain and simple useless."
The woman then stated that she would be happy for a white, coloured or Indian person to assist her but would not accept help from a black person.
After the exchange, she prepares to leave, saying "If I see a black person I will drive them over. If I... if I have a gun, I will shoot everyone."
A second heated exchange occurs between the woman and the police officer who eventually said, "You better tell her if she doesn't want to get arrested she must calm down."
eNCA is still trying to establish if police are investigating the incident.
