Taking things up a notch from our more casual a la carte menu, Valentine’s dishes include Ballotine of Norwegian Salmon, Grilled Queen Prawns, Pan Seared Scallops, Chalmar Beef Fillet and sweet endings like Chocolate Fondant served with an Armagnac ice cream.
Artfully decorated by local interior designer Andrea Graff, the restaurant shares a Cuba meets colonial hotel dinning room ambience with bright lemon and teal hues set amongst tall palm trees.
