The DA’s Leon Schreiber says the majority of the money was spent during the Covid-19 lockdown.
“New information obtained by the DA through a series of parliamentary questions reveals that the ANC national government spent at least R1.2 billion in public money on accommodation, R157 million on catering, and R12 million on entertainment.”
