Sibusiso ‘Sbu’ Leope and business partner Thembinkosi ‘TK’ Nciza have called it quits.

The Sunday World reported over the weekend that the pair have parted ways over “unknown and irreconcilable differences’.

The publication claimed that the pair had not submitted their annual returns for more than five years and so the South African Companies and Intellectual Property Commission has deregistered TS Records.

It further goes on to claim that TK has also resigned from his role as a director in Dj Sbu’s energy drink MoFaya.

"I can confirm that I have not been active in TS Records business affairs for a while but it was not because TK and I fought. We are still OK as brothers. It's just that he wanted to concentrate on his political career and grow his other business ventures and I also wanted to concentrate on growing MOFAYA," Dj Sbu told the publication.

TS Records’ woes are not new, however, the stable has been experiencing problems for quite some time now.

Mafikizolo songstress and designer, Nhlanhla Nciza, who is married to TK, left the stable after releasing only one album and went on to start her own label.

Last month, the Daily Sun reported that Zahara had also left the company to form her own, Zahara Army.
