Who the hell buys a R13.8million Ferrari and tries to smuggle it into South Africa? It’s not the kind of vehicle that people won’t notice.
Apparently the vehicle was smuggled into South Africa back in 2014 and is still with customs at some bonded warehouse in Cape Town.
