The search is called Grab the Mic and there are two ways of entering:

1. By submitting an online video,
2. By performing live at Parker's Comedy and Jive at Montecasino in Joziburg.

Submitting an online vid

To enter online you need to upload a video clip of yourself performing your comedy routine. The clip needs to be between 30 seconds and three minutes.

You can upload your video on the Comedy Central site here (you'll see the entry form at the bottom of the page):Grab the Mic entry form - you'll find submission guidelines here too.

One finalist will be selected from these online auditions.
