No actress has made so much noise in the country since Pamela Nomvete on Generations.

Award-winning actress Thembi Nyandeni, who plays Mkabayi, sent shivers down our spines on Tuesday night. This after she channelled her inner Rambo in a gun battle between the Zungus and Chief Bhekifa's hitmen.

In a dramatic twist of events, Mkabayi took matters into her own hands when she and some of her men went on a shooting spree, in a fight against their enemies.

A woman handling a gun on television is nothing new. But honestly, this was not just any woman. It's Mkabayi - a woman we see as our mother, aunt, and even grandmother. Now picture your mom or grandmother handling an AK47. Quite gangsta, right?

Seeing her handle that AK47 was so exhilarating, yet scary at the same time. We were never ready for that scene.

Even the social media world was taken aback by Mkabayi's bold act.
