Justin Bieber has slammed Michael Clifford from 5SOS and told the guitarist to stop using him for headlines.
Justin Bieber has hit back at 5 Seconds of Summer.
The Australian band’s guitarist Michael Clifford claimed in a recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine that Justin hates them and they crashed his American Music Awards party where he ”had his own album on loop for two or three hours” but a furious Justin told them to stop using him for headlines.
In a series of now deleted tweets, Justin, 21, wrote: ”@Michael5SOS Sorry guy. Don’t hate you. Don’t even know u. And are u sure u came to our party because my album wasn’t on loop? Strange (sic).”
Referring to Michael and his pop-rock bandmates appearing naked on the cover of the magazine, he added: ”Wish u the best. Don’t use my name for headlines . U are already on the cover.
U don’t need it. Just be honest. Big hugs bud (sic).” A repentant Michael was quick to attempt to pacify Justin, blaming the whole thing on the magazine.
He tweeted: ”@justinbieber done nothing but praise ur album; no idea why that’s even in the article. big fan since the start man, take care (sic).” Michael spoke about Justin in his interview, saying: ”I think he hates us. [The party] was f***ing crazy, people standing on tables and s**t. ”I probably shouldn’t say this, but he had his own album on loop for, like, two or three hours.”
