SABC 2’s upcoming reality show, The Taste Master SA, has confirmed extending the entry period for hopefuls to Sunday, 25 July 2021.
SABC 2’s The Taste Master SA: The Baking Edition released a statement on Tuesday, 6 July 2021, to confirm an extension for entries for the new season of the reality cooking competition. The reasons for the extension were not stipulated in the shared statement. Moreover, the statement was shared a day before the initially proposed deadline was set to be reached on Wednesday, 7 July 2021.
According to the statement, “The new season of the series, titled The Taste Master SA: The Baking Edition, premieres on Friday the 13th of August on SABC 2. In association with Royal Baking Powder, the new season promises to showcase more good food, high drama and a prize not to be missed for the ultimate winner. To enter, share a video of you baking a wonder that you have created with tried and trusted Royal Baking Powder.”
Adding, “By entering The Taste Master SA: The Baking Edition, you stand a chance to win weekly prizes or to get picked to compete in South Africa’s biggest baking challenge yet.” The new closing date for hopefuls is Sunday, 25 July 2021.
