Kelly Khumalo is once again the hottest topic on Mzansi streets and, unfortunately, the vibe isn't a positive one. A report caught the nation's attention after claiming to have spoken to the hitman allegedly responsible for Senzo Meyiwa's death. The hitman was questioned and allegedly stated that Kelly had been responsible for the death of her second child's father. Meyiwa's death has been an ongoing controversy for six years now and Khumalo's name has been consistently dragged into debates on the matter. Despite so many people being present on that fateful day including Kelly's mother, sister and friends no one can solve the mystery surrounding what truly happened.
Kelly has consistently denied any involvement in Meyiwa's death, addressing the allegations at multiple times over the years. The singer is adamant that she supported investigations into the death of her lover, actively pursuing justice for her baby daddy.
City Press published the report and when the publication reached out for comment, Khumalo simply responded that: “Thank you for informing. Good luck with your story.” Despite the bombshell report Kelly has attempted to remain calm and collected on social media while the murders once more came under the spotlight, trending like crazy.
ZACelebs reports that there is no official word on whether or not Khumalo will be facing charges due to these new allegations. The fact that she remains active online suggests that the claims may have been all bark and no bite.
