Lawrence replaces Cyprian Ndlovu‚ who left the music and lifestyle show on August 1.
The hunky TV personality is set to co-host the show with Boity Thulo from this Friday‚ September 9.
In a statement released by e.tv confirming the news‚ Lawrence said that he is ecstatic about the new gig.
“I’m very excited about joining the e.tv and Club 808 teams. One of my first gigs in the industry was hosting a music show where Boity was a frequent guest‚ so we go way back‚” he said.
Lawrence added that he plans to bring his A-game to the show and will use his knowledge of local music to give fans the “inside track“.
