Rumours of an engagement between AKA and Bonang Matheba are refusing to go away, with fans still hoping that a tweet by Bonang hinted at a proposal.

It all started after the couple took a private jet to the DStv iRock festival over the weekend.

Bonang took to Twitter to post a series of emoticons, one of which was a ring.

Twitter detectives immediately went on the hunt for a picture of B wearing some bling on her wedding finger, but found dololo.

Team Bonang tells us that they're "confused" by the speculation shutting it down with "it's just not true".

So, perhaps not yet but maybe in the future.
