Legendary singer and songwriter, Robbie Malinga, says he’ll be moving behind the scenes after releasing his 12-track album after nearly 15 years.
Speaking at the launch of his album titled The Duets, he said: “Just because I’m not going to be releasing albums anymore, that doesn’t mean I won’t write for other artists. I’ll continue writing music.”

He said he was coaxed by his colleagues to release an album, “because every collaboration I’ve done with other artists is sold out in store.”
In his latest offering, he features well-known artists such as Kelly Khumalo, Ntando, Zahara and Musa Sukwene just to name a few.
“I’m releasing an album for Ntando next year,” he said.
