Besides trending for introducing ‘nonke’ to Mzansi’s social media vocab, Euphonik alleges to have made lots of moola from it.

 Quickly after trending one Sunday afternoon on social media for hitting out at Bonang and swearing at everyone, DJ and businessman Themba Nkosi cashed in on the fad.
The 5FM DJ produced ‘NONKE’ printed t-shirts which he sold at his clothing store in Braamfontein, Johannessburg called Debut Store.

DJ Zinhle was one the few people to spot the t-shirt, although on her part she got fire from former lover AKA, who’s now dating Euphonik’s ex, Bonang Matheba.
Fast forward to end of July, the t-shirt has sold out according to a fan who was asking Euphonik to make a plan for more stock as they were told that it is out of production.

Being the astute businessman he is, Themba confirmed that he ‘made money out of this nonke thing.’
