HE won an award at the Samas held in Durban last month.
Now, singer Tresor Riziki has allegedly won the heart of fellow artist, Berita Khumalo.
Sunday Sun sources said Tresor and Berita have been dating for a few months now.
A source said the two are really into each other and they go everywhere together.
“The two are very private and don’t want their love life to be out in the open. Now that they’re dating, it’s awkward as they’re all about their music careers,” the source said.
The source added the pair looks good together, but their teams warned them against going public as it might pose challenges should they separate.
“Berita just signed under new management and Tresor’s story reads like a tale from a novel. Their backgrounds have been selling points in their music careers and their teams don’t want to tarnish this,” the source added.
Berita became known a few years ago with her hit single, Thandolwethu, and has featured music legends like Oliver Mtukudzi and Hugh Masekela.
She has travelled the world, and recently completed her tertiary studies.
Tresor has been successful since the release of his debut album titled VII.
Berita said: “We’re signed under Vth Season, we work closely together, so people assume we’re dating. My focus is to make my new single Nguwe Wedwa a success.”
Tresor’s publicist, Sheila Afari, said: “Tresor and Berita are musically in sync and that may look like attraction, but for now we can’t say they’re dating. They’re both signed to the same label, Vth Season, and are often seen together. Berita has just released a new single about being in love titled Nguwe Wedwa and it has caused a lot of interest as to who the special person in her life is.
