Cassper Nyovest must be the luckiest rapper alive in Mzansi.
He shot to stardom from nowhere in 2014 and now it seems the name Nyovest is about to go global.
We learned that the wealthy founder of Cash Money Records Birdman aka Baby was in the country for a week and the main reason for his visit was to verbally propose a recording deal to Nyovest. A source close to Nyovest said the rapper said he wants to be discreet about the whole thing until he feels comfortable about it.
As for now we are not sure if Cassper has signed anything but rumor has it that he will be flying to the USA soon to familiarize himself with his possible new musical home. If this deal comes to fruition, the South African Hip Hop would never be the same.
Hopefully AKA and other reputable artists might get deals with international record labels as well.
