@DJZinhle REVEALS her SECRETS! after giving birth to baby Kairo

Late last week, Zihle broke the internet after debuting her post-pregnancy killer abs on social media.
In a new lengthy post, diarized on her blog MomentsByDJZinhle, Zinhle reveals that six months after giving birth to baby Kairo she is just 3kg’s away from her pre-baby weight.
Read more about how she managed to get back in shape, below:
On Friday I posted a picture of my fitness progress on social media. If you have been trying to lose weight for a while but found yourself busy discussing my progress with a friend, over a double cheeseburger or a triple-decker pizza with extra cheese, wondering how I did it, then you have not made a serious decision.
After posting my picture, I received many messages from people asking me how I did it. I am here to share my experience and I hope to inspire you to start or to reassess your commitment to your own fitness goals. Nobody can do it for you, you are in control.
Kairo is six months old and I am only 3kg’s away from my pre-baby weight. Kairo’s Glammy plays a very big role in my daily inspiration. We talk about positivity, consistency and dreaming big. When the messages were flooding in, we started talking about what “the secret” is that people asked me to share with them.
I need to be honest with you, there is no shortcut. There is no easy road. Anything worth having won’t come easy. The truth is, there is no secret. Great results come from hard and consistent work so I would like to urge you to rid yourself of the idea that there will be a shortcut. Also bear in mind that weight loss and fitness is 20% exercise and 80% diet.
Weight loss and fitness are personal goals and like any other goal, there are things that you have to put in place in order to achieve them. I want to encourage you to read Glammy’s post, “Your Best Year Yet’ where she talks about making decisions, setting goals and achieving your goals. She shares her ideas about how she is approaching her own weight loss goals this year and also touches on the importance of being accountable.
Now, there is “my secret”!
