Amy Larman, 18, sacked by text when she called in sick after suffering a miscarriage

Amy Larman, 18, from Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, said she was sacked by her boss Adam Groves when she sent a message to him saying she would have to miss her shift after learning her baby's heart had died at 15 weeks. She says her boss replied saying he needed his staff to be reliable and told her he was letting her go from The Hollybush pub where she had worked for three months.
