Her publicist, Jarred Doyle had this to say about the assault: "On the 24th of December, at the Woodmead shopping centre, Generations: The Legacy actress and DJ was assaulted. The incident occurred at 3pm."
He said Thando was putting bags into her white Range Rover when a woman in a white BMW stopped her and proceeded to insist that the parking spot was hers. "The woman then slapped Thando in the face."
Thando has asked her fans to assist with any information they might have with finding the woman. A case has been opened and the matter is now with the authorities," said Jarred.
Thando has since placed an image and number plates of the woman on her Instagram account.
