Tumisho Masha To Appear In Court On New Abuse Charges! The actor’s estranged wife first laid charges against him back in 2016 but they were later withdrawn. Now the National Prosecuting Authority has confirmed that the charges have been reinstated.

“Tumisho Masha will appear in court on November 7 at the Randburg Magistrates Court. He’s been charged with assault and malicious intent to property (MIP),” said National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) spokesperson Phindile Louw in a phone call with Times Live.

In response to the new charges, Tumisho told TshisaLIVE that the law needs to take its course.

“Men need to realize that being bitter and looking to retaliate is not the way to respond to an abuse accusation. We need to trust the law. I might find myself in a situation where I am representing all the men that have been accused and are innocent. The law will determine that, but if that’s the case, then it’s also okay,” he said.
