After hosting The Chill Factor on Metro FM for many years, he now calls 702 his home.
The radio man with a smooth voice hosts Soulful Sundays on the talk radio station.
Speaking to SunBuzz, Paul said he was overjoyed about his career development.
“I’m extremely excited about this new challenge. I feel so appreciated at 702 and enjoy working with my colleagues. We’re building the foundation of something new and want our listeners to be a part of this incredible journey.”
He hosted his first show this past Sunday.
“The response has been unbelievable. It’s great to see how much people enjoyed the show.”
Known for his ability to take listeners on a soulful trip through everything from love to heartbreak, Paul says Soulful Sundays is different from his previous show.
“We are aiming to bring something different and new to the table. We have a strategy in place to bring a unique format that listeners will love,” said the DJ, who was born in Joburg and raised in Switzerland.
The music mirrors the Sunday vibe in Gauteng, so listeners can expect to hear laid back R&B and soulful songs.
Paul started his radio career at Tru FM in the Eastern Cape before moving to Metro FM.
His radio career spans almost 20 years.
In addition to his radio work, he has an MBA degree from Milpark Business School.
“I’m going to focus on using my business knowledge to work on a project which I can’t reveal just yet, but something is definitely coming!”
- Paul will be on Soulful Sundays on Talk Radio 702 on Sundays from 1pm to 4pm.
