In real life, television personality, Luyanda Potwana has been working hard to get his body in shape and he is on cloud nine after finaly achieving his long term goal of shedding some weight ahead of the holidays.
He says he embarked on a strict diet plan, which he stuck to. “I stopped eating junk food and I also stopped drinking alcohol and drank lots of water. Basically I recreated my relationship with food,” he told us, adding that he also gyms.
He’s also celebrating another milestone in his life – his birthday. “I will be heading off to the United States of America to celebrate my 35th birthday for about a week and I’ll be celebrating it with my woman, who is based that side.  We’ve been seeing each other for six months now and we are very much in love,” he
