Television personality announces her retirement from the entertainment industry and social media laughs it off.
At age 35, television personality Nonhle Thema feels it is the right time for her to hang her entertainer towel and focus on motherhood and other business ventures.
In an interview with TshisaLive, Nonhle said, “I grew up and changed my focus. Now I’m exploring a new side of myself. I’ve been in this industry for a very long time and I want to do something different and make a real difference in people’s lives.”
Although Nonhle’s mother Cynthia Shangee still makes television appearances on Muvhango playing the role of Thandaza’s mother Mankosi, Nonhle feels she really wants to focus on other parts of her life.
Nonhle’s Twitter followers had a lot to say about her decision.
