Unathi told SunBuzz she is currently working on her fifth studio album.
“I’m not in a rush to release this upcoming album because I don’t want it to clash with my current single called Sonini that I recorded with DJ Merlon.”
Talking about tomorrow’s event, she said: “The event is all about inspiring other women on the continent to do more great things in their everyday lives.
“Durban is also in love with my music, and it’s very amazing to see how people appreciate it.”
Naima Kay added: “I’m excited to share the stage with my living legend, Unathi. It’s going to be a great experience. I’m currently touring the country and I can do with her high level of motivation.
Otherwise, it’s business as usual and we need to celebrate our role in society as women in this country.”
