Legendary broadcaster Bob Mabena is possibility one Mzansi’s icon when it comes to radio. He has been in broadcasting for 26 years and he seems to not only keep getting better but stays relevant.
Bob says he is not a man of regrets but he only has one, that he didn’t do his Matric. “I don’t regret a lot in life. God gives us challenges and situations and they build us, but not having Matric is the only regret I have in life,” Bob explained earlier this year on SABC 1 show Zaziwa.
Bob says he missed his matric exams after having played at a club in Attreridgeville, Pretoria the night before.
