#OpenUpIndustry has now taken the back sit looks like everyone think there is nothing can be done. I was just shock after looking at Igazi on Mzansi Magic does not have a single entry level actor.  We always complain about white people taking all management post but we fail to build and invest on black future.  Was is so hard to get just one or two students to be part of this drama.  If you look at the actors  all of them are all over the TV.
