MTN has cut its contract data prices, reducing subscription fees to below the levels they were before its price hike in May last year.
Following a battle with ICASA over termination rates, Cell C, MTN, and Vodacom increased their contract prices in 2015.
Last year’s price increases were unusual, even more so because existing contract subscribers saw their fees increase mid-contract.
MTN’s reduced prices on its My MTNChoice data packages are available to new and existing subscribers.
