Gospel singer Solly Moholo claims kwaito star Doc Shebeleza robbed him of R60,000.
Solly says that way back in 2001 the pair had the brilliant idea to host a music festival to search for new talent.
He told the Daily Sun they both decided to put R60,000 each into the project in order to turn their dream into a reality.
Fast forward to 2015, and Solly says there is no sign of the festival or his cash.
Mmm, Solly, why did you wait 14 years to get your money?
The gospel legend says Doc has been dodging him and even stopped answering his calls.
But Doc Shebeleza does not seem bothered by Solly’s claims, and instead pulled the Christianity card.
“Only God and Solly know the truth. Since Solly claims to be a Christian, he must tell the truth,” he told the publication.
It’s not the first time Solly has cried foul over money owed to him.
In 2014, he accused hit producer Sello “Chicco" Twala of being a snake, after he did not receive the R25,000 owed to him for his performance at the ANC’s 102nd birthday celebrations in Mpumalanga.
But Sello told the Sunday World that he was not responsible for the booking and did not owe Solly a cent.
An ANC official said the whole thing was a big misunderstanding.
Shame, can people just pay Solly his money on time?
