Reports that Nyovest, born-Refiloe Phoolo, and TV presenter Boity Thulo are engaged sent Twitter into frenzy on Thursday morning. Thulo has since denied them during an interview on Metro FM with Bonang Matheba later on July 16. Thulo did however confirm that she and Nyovest are a couple.

Drum magazine reports that Nyovest popped the question and Thulo said yes in their latest issue, which features the couple on the cover of the magazine with the quote “It’s official! Cassper pops the question and Boity says yes …” The Doc Shebeleza rapper confirmed their blossoming love on Facebook by declaring that he is “madly in love” with Thulo, who became a hot topic when she showed off her derrière in Marie Claire’s Naked Issue in 2014.
